A Hot Mess

Welcome to my mess. I have been scribbling nonsense since 2001 and am now on my way through my first year of college as an art student. Surrounded by, for a lack of a better word, unique people, I strive to create art that reflects life and what I call the human condition. Now, before you roll your eyes and click off at the pretentious remark of 'the human condition', hear me out.

We are all on the same earth, breathing the same air, going through life as if we are the only ones who matter. Time and time again, we are faced with the byproducts of our struggle and are dared to do more. My art, and my passion, focuses on the confusion, exasperation and joy that comes with being a human being.

So from the bottom of my heart, welcome to KAS art. I sincerely hope you find joy here. I will be using this platform to create art, sell art, and blog about all things that come with being a human being. Maybe I'll write a thought provoking essay, a quick history lesson, a fun fact or even a joke on this blog. People are unpredictable, so I guess we all have to wait and find out.

Thank you for embarking on this journey with me.
